AST / ALT shouldn't be a huge worry to be honest. It's never the liver that gives way in aas users. 99% of the time it's kidneys from high blood pressure or heart issues. I can't think of 1 body builder who's cause of death was liver failure. Always kidneys that go first. Liver is tough and repairs itself surprisingly well, even at insane doses.Originally posted by rado View PostMy focus right now is hydration and proper electrolyte balance.
Not saying my cholesterol isn't an issue but it's not a concern what so ever. All of my life I've battled with it. I've had the numbers look super good, super bad, etc.
I've always been more concerned for ast and alt levels along with estradiol.
Yes I'm taking .5mgs of arimidex EOD and will run labs soon To see how Much It lowers my estradiol.
But yea I been talking about hydration since I passed the fuck out brother. It was them damn orals. I don't think I'll run dbol or drol again because of that. I think they rob the body of hydration and force it all to the muscles leaving vital organs dehydrated. Var I'm liking though. Hopefully it doesn't have that same effect.

I hear ya but I'll take Cali dry heat over that tropical humidity like the Caribbean or Miami has. Fuck that. You take to shower in Miami and go to dinner. By the time you get to dinner you need another shower.Originally posted by boricuarage79 View PostFuck all that! It's getting mid 80's over here and I can barely handle it.. Dry heat no wind.. Don't know how the fuq I survived in iraq/kuwait and never passed out...
Gota go to gym hella earlier now to beat that sun heat. MOFOS love to keep the windows closed in there.. feel like im the only one that opens them

You don't sweat in Cali, even when it's in the 100's you simply bake. But at least your dry! :D
What's the hottest it got in Iraq when you were there? Hottest day we had in NorCal last year was 109 degrees Fahrenheit which I can only describe as that feeling you get when you open an oven and all that dry heat hits you in the face. Iraq can get even hotter from what I've heard. Can't imagine walking around in military gear in temps that high.

Pumps don't really have anything to do with "thick blood".Originally posted by TrapsBrah View PostFor comparative purposes here's my bloods . I still gotta donate blood I notice crazy pumps at the gym and I'm only on test prob cause my blood is thick.
But in the short term if your concerned 3 fish oil caps 3 times a day will have an aspirin like effect that will lessen strain on the heart by making it easier to pump blood. Rado, that's also a supplement you could consider. Helps with both cholesterol and blood thinning like aspirin.

Between 110-120 degrees... put it this way... Our uniforms were covered in salt because of how much we sweat....Originally posted by Bouncer View PostI hear ya but I'll take Cali dry heat over that tropical humidity like the Caribbean or Miami has. Hah I get the salt outlines in my gym clothes if I let them dry instead of washing them immediately. I guess you could say I am a soldier to! :DOriginally posted by boricuarage79 View PostBetween 110-120 degrees... put it this way... Our uniforms were covered in salt because of how much we sweat....

I take 8-10 fish oils a day which is probably why my cholesterol isn't more jacked up especially with adex at 1mg a day I expected much worse.Originally posted by Bouncer View PostPumps don't really have anything to do with "thick blood".

Liver failure does cause some bodybuilding deaths:
Ron Teufel: 1978 IFBB Mr. USA. Runner-up to Samir Bannout at 1979 World Amateurs. Top 10 IFBB competitor in 1981 and 1982. Died from liver failure in 2002, age 45
Munzer's autopsy showed tumors on his liver the size of golf balls. Some reports (including the German press) list the cause of death as severe liver toxicity and subsequent failure.
But in general the liver isn't nearly as much of a concern as the heart and kidneys. The liver can repair itself, kidneys can not. Your fine bro.
