    Reason why I do Cardio right after weight traning.. Glycogen are already depleted and I don't have to go through that phase where I have to do cardio for 20 mins to burn glycogen first before tapping in to the fat..

              Nah....i always always always do cardio last...i train fasting and cardio fasting.

              Banana or 2 with me for immediate post, then I eat.

              Best feeling when done. Your body just craves EVERYTHING!!!

                If I do cardio first and fasting, I don't train that day. I do cardio 6 days a week and train minimum 4 but usually 5 days a week.

                I like being empty in stomach and fuel, just black coffee or a splash of whole milk for energy.

                    Yes...maybe not as much. But cardiovascular is important regardless of bulking or not.

                    Gotta keep that hearth somewhat healthy :)

                    Walking a trail or just around a higshcool track for a good 40mns is good imo

                              Yea not sure why. I always do cardio last. What i had said was is trying to do cardio on an empty stomach. Not sure how I said that. I have been doing cardio while fasting and always last. Again, not sure how or why I said that.
