whats a machine going to do bro? tell me my bp is high just like the one at the docs? lol. i'm protecting myself by actively doing something that is probably causing the high BP. you act like having a bp machine does something to lower BP. lol

i cut the deca dose in half. will retest in a month. if it's dramatically different then i'll have my answer. i purposely set another appointment exactly a month and at the same time of day from my last appointment. even if it's the docs BP machine it will still be the same conditions using the same equipment so it should give me some idea.

My shit was high this am Think it was 154/62.... The trend is still showing.. I'll see if it goes back down as I inject again tonight

When you check...do this...Dr told me n instructions said same shit...wrap cuff around arm...you should be able to place 2 fingers between cuff and arm before starting procedure... If you can't it's not fit properly. My daughter is a fire fighter/ EMT she told me the same thing actually came over n watched me do shit so I knew I was doing it right.
