need a bigger cuff bro. If its too tight the reading can be elevated. They are supposed to do it on your forearm I think if they don't have a bigger cuff. Some of them are pretty clueless though I think.

Nothing has changed... I'm just taking reading every day at the same time. When I went to Dr..it was mid day had been working. I do physical work. So I'm guessing that may of been it. Seems like my BP has been mid 130s average since I been taking it every day. I feel a lot better about it. You should get a BP machine bro.. ya can't go by one reading at Dr office. I did n it got me all fucked up and worried.

Now I'm seeing a different pic by doing it every day..everything constant. Look at this am... Mid 130s. Then I did 2 more readings back to back...didn't change cuff nothing.. just cleared n restarted machine...2 readings in the 120s. Like Bori said..if I do an average of the three..I'm about 130.

Lots of inconsistent shit with this for sure. But if I do same thing day in day out I'll have a pattern and I feel a much better understanding of where I'm really at.

So what changed between now and when you were 155? You've increased deca since then haven't you?

In saying that I guess you aren't actually flexing your arm when you cuff it are you...

Funny enough they do tell you not to talk while they taking BP. Even that effects it. Lol

When I go to doc my stress level always go up and my heart starts beating and shit. I'm sure if I took it first thing in morning calm in my house it would be much lower. Either way, I'm lowering the deca. Test never effected my bp like deca has.
