I ain't taking shit bro. Never heard of what he's talking about. I know nothing of them. Dr said for my age I need to. Be lower the 140/80 and I'm doing pretty good. For the most part I'm well below that on average
You don't need all that shit!! If the doc ain't prescribing these meds. Then no need for a search.. you just adding more wood to the fire!.. stick with omegas
; maybe aspirin a day and that's it..

So knowing if what your doing to try n lower it isn't important enough for you? You'd rather chance it for the month and hope it's working.....bravo brother...

a steady incline every single month for 6 months is all the data i need to know my bp is rising slow and steady. considering i never had BP issues before and considering my BP started slowly rising when I upped the deca dose around 6 months ago I think it's a safe bet we know the culprit. if i go in a month and it's dropped 20 points and it continues to lower to healthy levels on a month by month basis I have been successful in my mission to lower my bp.
once i get it under control i will grab one to make sure i'm keeping it under control.
i need to lower my bp. it's high. there is no argument there. a tool that tells me my bp is high does nothing to help me right now. actually doing something that will lower my BP is what i'm focused on. once it's under control and on the down trend rather then slowly rising month after month I will have more use for it to make sure it's staying in the safe range.

i have a 6 month record from the docs. every month it has gone up slightly. i'm lowering the deca and I will go back in a month to get it tested again. having a machine telling me my bp is high everyday does nothing to help the issue. i know it's high, that's not a question.
My readings are only high out of norm one day a week...other then that they are in the ok range for what Dr said is my target...I'm seeing trends caused by the gear and injection dates... This info can help me control it to a certain degree and know where I am... You can't do that by a one time a month reading.. it's a fucking tool bro...you use tools to help fix issues.. it's just another way..... Means.... To improve...your just refusing to see that..is it perfect? Hell no but it much better than once a fucking month reading if your serious about trying to do the right thing for yourself. If you can't see that. Then fuck it...lol
It give you a good sense and real time data of where you at...don't be a dipshit and defend not doing it...Christ man

whats a machine going to do bro? tell me my bp is high just like the one at the docs? lol. i'm protecting myself by actively doing something that is probably causing the high BP. you act like having a bp machine does something to lower BP. lol
