a steady incline every single month for 6 months is all the data i need to know my bp is rising slow and steady. considering i never had BP issues before and considering my BP started slowly rising when I upped the deca dose around 6 months ago I think it's a safe bet we know the culprit. if i go in a month and it's dropped 20 points and it continues to lower to healthy levels on a month by month basis I have been successful in my mission to lower my bp.

once i get it under control i will grab one to make sure i'm keeping it under control.

My readings are only high out of norm one day a week...other then that they are in the ok range for what Dr said is my target...I'm seeing trends caused by the gear and injection dates... This info can help me control it to a certain degree and know where I am... You can't do that by a one time a month reading.. it's a fucking tool bro...you use tools to help fix issues.. it's just another way..... Means.... To improve...your just refusing to see that..is it perfect? Hell no but it much better than once a fucking month reading if your serious about trying to do the right thing for yourself. If you can't see that. Then fuck it...lol
