My issue is I always get it taken at the docs at the end of the day. Yesterday I trained, got in shower and went to doc at 4pm. It's was 101 degrees outside. My bp was like 162 something. Lol. When I go to doc my stress level always go up and my heart starts beating and shit. I'm sure if I took it first thing in morning calm in my house it would be much lower. Either way, I'm lowering the deca. Test never effected my bp like deca has.

Its called ghost syndrome or white syndrome or some shit like that. My dad gets that when he goes to the doc. Blood pressure goes up
