a steady incline every single month for 6 months is all the data i need to know my bp is rising slow and steady. considering i never had BP issues before and considering my BP started slowly rising when I upped the deca dose around 6 months ago I think it's a safe bet we know the culprit. if i go in a month and it's dropped 20 points and it continues to lower to healthy levels on a month by month basis I have been successful in my mission to lower my bp.

once i get it under control i will grab one to make sure i'm keeping it under control.

I ain't taking shit bro. Never heard of what he's talking about. I know nothing of them. Dr said for my age I need to. Be lower the 140/80 and I'm doing pretty good. For the most part I'm well below that on average
