    "too much protein is no good for muscle building" - True. your body can only use so much. any extra just puts strain on the system.

    "carbs are no good for muscle building" - False. depends on context, obviously eating pure sugar isn't going to do anyone any good. but in general healthy carbs have a lot of benefit in the bodybuilding world.

      yeh but these guys were saying like 90 grams of protein a day.

        I can see something like that being okay short term. Give your body a break sort of deal but 90 grams is not enough for a fella especially on hormona.
