                        Well hell while running clen, t3 and T4 with a lot of gear I was 135 RHB but while doing 1 he cardio it never went above 148 but now 12 weeks off of everything RHB is 73 and still 140’s during cardio

                            well I pay close attention to what my body can take and how it responds to each and every cycle I do, as long as everything gets back to normal in the off season it’ll be ok

                              Regardless, 135 resting is no joke.

                              You can't predict heart attacks whether you pay close attention or not.

                                So after about a week and a half of running mine has come down from 88 to 68.

                                Blood pressure has also dropped a lot but partly due to Cialis I suspect.

                                Will continue to do a 15-20 min run after each weight sesh.
