Well hell while running clen, t3 and T4 with a lot of gear I was 135 RHB but while doing 1 he cardio it never went above 148 but now 12 weeks off of everything RHB is 73 and still 140’s during cardio
well I pay close attention to what my body can take and how it responds to each and every cycle I do, as long as everything gets back to normal in the off season it’ll be ok

Regardless, 135 resting is no joke.
You can't predict heart attacks whether you pay close attention or not.
