From a physique's point I would say add some mass to the upper part, meaning the lats, upper pecs and rounding the shoulders abit more. In terms of progress I can only admit that you made some good progress in a short time. But focus on bringing some xtra mass to the mentioned area's. Keep pumping.

heh heh, great work man, i have to say im jealous that you can stay natural, have a bad diet, skip days in the gym, and still be big and shredded. lucky man.

my leg workout consists of two different days
day1: 20 rep squats, lunges, curls extensions.
day2: stiff legged deads, leg press, extensions and curls
All done with extreme high intensity following the structure of my other workouts.... These are hypothetical for now and may change as i get into them more.
