Cool, they look a lot bigger man. I am sure there are people with much bigger arms that don't look half as good. Your triceps are particularly impressive :)

its all about perception and I think the shape of the arm counts for a lot. My one good friend was about 6 1 and 275 (conan69 from the old elite board) and he always drooled over my arms even though he outweighed me by 80 pounds. LOL he just never had a good shape to his arm that made them look huge even though he had a lot of meat on it.

I will be the first too say that I have the worst chest ever!!!! I never feel any type of contraction in my chest from doing any type of chest movement. about the only worthwhile thing is cable crossovers. yes my arms make my chest and shoulders look stupid. that is why I hardly work my arms out. This summer I am really trying to bring my chest up. I am going to take some before pics soon to see how my summer progress adds up.

Well...I can gurantee....... you don't have the worst chest ever....(cause I do!)....but trust me it doesn't look stupid!!

I can just tell that your arms are huge....and your chest is normal (normal for somebody in good shape)!!

I would be happy where your at.....and I seem to have the same problem...thats why I was curious!

Maybe we should do a Thread about what everybody's "best chest exercise, and best chest juice" or something like that...?

Anyways....you do look big and thats the whole point...so great job, and I will keep workinhg to get where your at!!

yeah I will still be working on it hard this summer. I just get frustrated easy with it so I have to be really mentally into it each workout.

Hey SC...I used to have a similar problem...except mine also involved my shoulders being a little "over" b/c of being a collegiate Cheerleader..(while BP was close to 400 I would use 315 for a set of 5 on military press)

I eventually overcame the problem by focusing on the correct anitomical movement for my desired result.

if your goal is to BP heavy wt then so be it...but if your goal is to dev your chest then you MUST focus on the exercise not the weight.

I would urge you to back off of the wt that your currently using by about 25% and focus on your movement. While on the flat, incline, decline, cables etc...grab the wt then hit full ext....at that point lock your shoulders down and back (grip a pencil with your traps) and flex your pecs. then LOCK your shoulders and procede with the movement ...while your doing so visualize your chest and move through the exercise as your were infront of the mirror...feeling each fiber fire. DONOT focus on moving the weight but moreso on moving your muscle through it's functional range (i.e. locking your arms isn't always needed when working chest...this IS NOT a powerlifting meet).

I have trained NUMEROUS clients to use this method and almost always achieve very favorable results.

                                good luck bro!
