10:00 am
Lean mass matrix
1:00 pm
-meat, tuna, or chicken salad
5:00 pm
-low carb isopure (25 g of carbs)
7:00 pm
-meat, tuna, or chicken salad.
10:00 pm
-meat, tuna or chicken sandwich.
-Cardio 25 minutes post workout once a week
