Heres some pictures of me, after 1½ years of workout. The last couples of months - or to be preciously 2 months - haven't been as strict as they could have, since Ive had a lot of exams and so on. Im 19 years old. Please give me something so i know what to work out on more..

Im around 155lbs with bf% around 10 I assume. I haven't been workout lately so ive lost maybe 10lbs the past two months due to yearly tests. I hope to begin within a month again, so I can get back in my old shape. Yeah i know i need mass, i hope to do 180lbs next winther. It will come, slowly. ;)
