We all have different goals and mine is not one of those XL arms and go around like a XL bodybuilder, I just want normal proportions sorta sporty so I can do my work - they dont want a 250lbs guy no offence :) so I see no reason for you to try make my results seem like they suck. That seems arrogant.

I think there are plenty of women that like the lean look, just as many as like the bulky look in fact. Just achieve the look that makes you the happiest, if the women don't think ur "bulky" enough, screw them, their loss.

But the never ending saga of get big or shred always ends up to getting big because it is easier to eat like a pig and I can lift more when bulking.

i banned rado because i've had something against him for months. i've never liked him and it has nothing to do with ego. if people want him on the board, let him back on - i really don't care either way. i was just in a really bad mood that morning. i have never liked him though...
