I am an older guy (69) who has always been interested in fitness & nutrition as a way of life. I would enjoy knowing if there are other "seniors" out there who are as "addicted" to the gym (and nutrition) as I am. Here is a recent pic. My current goals are to add 5 pounds of muscle while retaining a low BF Ratio.
