Nice back and lower quads! If you get your diet dialed in right for the show, it's going to be hard to beat you. Keep up the great work and good luck!

Thanks! I hope to give everyone a real run for their money...but you never know who's going to show up!!! I expect the diet to be dialed in here in about a week. Cardio is going to get amped even more, and fats and carbs will be cut in the next couple of weeks as well. Anti-e's will be assisting as well!
      ;)

Arms and Back are looking good. Quads are impressive. How much are you squatting with those? Got any hamstring shots?

Thanks. My quads were the last to grow. I guess tehy got tired of me pounding the shit out of them every week. My max squats were 275 for 2 sets of 8. Now that I'm dieting, I can only do about 205 for 3 sets of 10.

In a couple pics you can see my hammy line, but they need to be in color next time....and I'll be leaner. I'll get a hammy pic taken next week!;)

With that kind of weight it's no wonder they grew so well. Yea, you got some good definition starting to show on the quads. Your vastus medialis is pretty well defined. A side shot would help show the hams better. I noticed you didn't get any shots of the calves. Either or, looking really good for 5 weeks out.

Thanks. I need to hear that. Up to this point, I sometimes feel like I'm not on track. I'll get more side shots next week.

I still have some fat to lose, though. I am holding it like a man. My legs are coming in first (which are usually last, if at all for females). And my abdomen and lower back is going last (which is usually first for most females). The goal is to lose about another 2-2.5% BF in the next 4 weeks; making me around 8.5% for my first show. The first show is only a tune up. My goal show is July 17th. That's the one I will be shredded for. I'll have two weeks to diet after the first show, so I will be around 7%...hopefully!

I haven't thought about it. My laundry list of ..... is a long one.....and it will lengthen before I am finished! LOL! And the fat that I am holding in the abdomen area is "loose fat" so to speak...Meaning it pulls away easily from my body, which is a good sign, since it is the kind of fat that's easier to lose. It's not tight on my body. Do you get me? I'm sure a portion of it is water as well. I only have 3 weeks left to diet for the 1st show, and 6 weeks to diet for the 2nd. At which time I expect to be shredded. But, how long to the topicals take to work?? I also JUST started ...... yesterday, and I know those will help a ton.

Right on. It's hard to stay away from sodium right now, just because it gives the food a hint of flavor.LOL!! But, I'll try to stay away from it Friday and Saturday, and take pics in the morning on Sunday or Monday. (Thursday night is my carb meal, and I'm not giving up the salt for that !! !LOL!!) I'm sure the morning pics, when I'm not holding as much water as I was in the evening (when these were taken) will turn out different.

Are you trying to be striated for the second show or just really detailed? Are you going to work out and then take the pics so that you're all pumped up or just cold morning turkey pics?
Well, I'm carb depleted as it is, and Sundays is my day off from the gym, so they'll just be some morning pics.

Yep. Everything tastes the same. The whole time I've been dieting, I've been eating turkey, though. I can't stand to look at chicken and tuna right now...I ate PLENTY during my bulking phases. The turkey's consistency is a needed change.

Striated??? Shiiiit. I hope!!!! We'll see I guess. For women to get striated quads is REAL hard. But, since they are coming in first, it's possible, I guess. If I can be hard and detailed, I'll be pleased with that.;)
