Looks like everything ids coming together. My body always changes the most in the last 2 weeks. I’m sure you’ll come in even leaner and harder for your competition. Great job.

My calves and my quads didn't turn out so well in these. Honestly, they've been the best part of my body since I started dieting. They were taken in the AM. It was overcast yesterday morning. We too them before I ate, before cardio, and I didn't pump up at all...just literally rolled right out of bed and put on my suit. I pretty much just took these to use as comparison.

Thanks verrrry much. The anticipation is now the wrost thing about it. I'm kind of starting to get anxious!!!! I look better and better each day. I held my weight this week. I think I only dropped about 1/2 lb...which is GOOD! I was playing around with the calipers and did 2 of my pinches this morning, and they had reduced by 1mm. SO if I only lost 1/2 lb, but 1mm, maybe more...that will be really good progress....little muscle, more fat. My diet and cardio is getting cranked next week. The goal is to lose a % of BF next week.Originally posted by trip
