nope.. was a heavy chest, shoulder, tricep day. These pictures are a bit old though. Over a year. Since then I benched 500lbs... quit lifting for about 6 months after the 500lb bench and came back a few months ago. My elbows were killing me from all the heavy tricep work. Maybe if I juiced.

looks like shoulder press to me bro -- back off on the weight slow the movement down and you will get alot more out of it

This is not what I do for tris I was just fucking around that day and kept throwing the weight on. So I love all the "EGO" comments im not a ego lifter just threw some weight on the bar and went for it.
cfm- Yea I hear ya flamming don't go getting all sensitive on me cause a friend of mine threw up a video. Ya got some impressive lifts yourself so its all good.

Im still impressed , i can only do 225lbs skull crush on a incline bench , but this was 250 anyway you look at it thats alot of weight, even if his form wasnt a perfect scull crush , still try doing exactly what he did and find out how fucking hard it is.

looks like cfm can also throw the weight around and his bench looked pretty clean so i gotta give him props too.

but to say one or the other isnt impressive is just nonsense.

That's pretty much what i'm saying too. Even a 250lb military press is impressive let alone just cooking your tri's with that kind of weight.

I haven't had a DV camera in a while but I ll see what I can do. I am always up for a challenge.

But some pics... so you don't think I am full of shit.
Thanks for the flame on my post cfm.... its great to see "consctuctive" critiscism - but not all out bashing. And yes, you have posted pics of your lifts in defense - nice lifts. But hell, I'd like to know your stats in comparison to Krypton32's - you look like your way heavier than he is... and he's roughly 5'7" and 233lbs (solid) - so that french press was impressive for his size and abilties. I see you have at least 16 posts on this board - the posts you have placed on my thread lead me to believe that you're a hard ass and hav'nt read the board rules..

I guess I'll stop posting becasue I'm tired of having haters get away with posts like that.... now that this thread has turned into your thread. And no offence to the mod and admin team of SuperiorMuscle - I love this board - I just havn't been posting here lately.

Why are you going to let one persons egotistical personality get to you? Yea, so he feels he's badass, but that shouldn't deter you from posting here man. A lot of us are inspired by the feats you guys accomplish in the gym. I'm doing deads tonight, and the vids you guys got have me ready to go fight a battle dude.

In those pics I am 5.8 255lbs. I was in the middle of slimming down. Now I am 225lbs and still benching 460lbs still using a lot of the same weight that I did when I was heavier. And I benched the 500lbs at 237lbs.

So krypton and I share similar builds it would appear.

Bashing? Dude you posted a video. It's like bragging. I simply replied that I am not impressed. Where does it say that you can't voice your opinion? It is not as if I was really taking the piss out of him. To me it is not that impressive to do a shoulder press with the amount of wieght he was using on the ez curl bar. If it was done with strict form.. then I would be impressed.

He's strong, no doubt. What else do you want me to say? I backed up my talk with pics.

see.. and there you go. I had no idea that you post a bunch of vids to get people pumped up about lifting... every other board I have been people brag when they show videos like that. To me, benching 500lbs is not impressive and if I saw a video I wouldn't be impressed. So I was comparing what I saw to what I have seen.. without consideration for why you posted the video.

i have to side with CFM on this one. within a few challenged posts he was able to "put-up" with pictures. you don't even see that too much. as for the videos, Rick - they're good! we got some good size amongst all of you. personally i don't get impressed anymore unless you're pressing (upper body) at the very least 2.5 x your body weight. anything less is childsplay - but again, all of you are doing very well :)

Some of you guys make me laugh. Make your way up to Michigan, and hit the gym with Krypton, Rick, and I . THEN, talk all the shit you want.

GT, no offense, but do you know the amount of guys that can press 2.5 times their bodyweight? As if pressing means anything...of the big 3, it's the least important, and shows very little in total overall body strength. I'm not a good presser at all (395 max), yet I can squat and deadlift with anyone in any gym.

The guy throwing up a video has nothing to do with bragging, it's about sharing experiences with other gym rats.

i couldn't agree with you more. that's why i said "at the very least..." i was also trying to be "nice" and always am in the gym when i see kids getting excited about pressing twice their weight with good form. any schmo and throw up a ton of weight arching their backs and hopping and squiggling all over the place. to actually see movements done right, i think is a good accomplishment.

i was also referring to an "upper body" pressing movement. as for squat and dead's - i'm right there with you.
