      I think you looked better a year ago. But let's see what you look like all shredded. I just think that your arms look too big in comparison to your waist in the first two photos. It could just be the way the camera was angled.

      How tall are you?

        Its called off season. You have to put on fat and water to gain more lean body mass.

          yea its the off season let me have my fun eating as much crap as i can lol,, well if my arms look big compared to my waist thats a great thing in BB, cause if the waist gets bigger then you lose the X shape and then its hello blockyness.

          Im a BB so that means i need to add muscle , im gonna look just like that picture of me a year ago except ill have bigger everything and still have my small joints and waist so this will make me look even larger .

          dont worry i know how to dial it in , my new pics will be up end of October. Hopefully youll think i look even better then last year but some people like more of a fitness build and thats cool but my days of fitness modeling are done its time to add some serious weight

            This is something I am fairly aware of. I am not concerned about his bf%. I am talking about proportions, and proportions alone.

            My observation was that he looked significantly bigger up top than he did below the waist.

            I hope that your waist does not get too big as a result of bulking because your midsection is probably one of the better ones I have seen in quite a while. From a purely aesthetic view your pic from a year ago was phenominal.

            But I trust that you can dial it in. I just hope that you don't lose that shape in the midsection.

            The comment about the arms was that your arms look like they are the size of your upper thighs. But that is just the angle. I don't think having arms as big as your thighs is good for a bodybuilder heh.

            Can't wait to see the pics for october.

              Shit, I wish my arms were as big as my thighs. I'd put valentino to shame. However, if my thighs were the size of my arms, then i'd look like a stick.

                I can assure you my arms are surely not as big as my legs may appear in those pics LOL but yea my arms are quite large for my body even as a child. at 240 my waist remains incredibly small.

                here are my measurements im not so far off , maybe a few here and there , but i got some time to bring things up.

                biceps= 20 plus
                waist= 32 off season , precontest 30
                legs = 27
                calves= 18

                5'9 240lbs

                thanks for the compliments everyone.

                oh and about my asthetic build well thats something thats given GENETICALLY and you really cant dishape your whole body in one year bro lol but yes ill dial it in just like that but even a tad bit better , it seems to get better everytime i do cant wait to post some pics pealed to the bone.

                    yup LEGS it is,

                    ive been unable to squat or leg press for over 2 years but just 6 months ago i got back into it , i had a slipped L-4 disc lumbar area such a fucking pain in the ass i tell ya, but i cant use that as an excusejust gotta keep on BOMBING my legs , danm you should have seem my legs a year ago LOL , ive made ridiculous gains , only Flexmaster may have seen my leg pics from a year ago , but ive improved so thats all i can ask for.

                    i calculated out how long it will take to level out my lower and it came to 3 years , this was based on an average of muscle growth in my legs in 1 year so if i can do the same or more ill be all set in 3 years as long as my back is healthy knock on wood.

                      Without the squat and leg press, I don't know what I would do. Were you still able to get your deads in?

                        Good question beefcake , the answer is NO i wasnt able to even do a partial deadlift, dude it was so painfull i got 3 cortizone site shots and it didnt do shit, nothing worked except for the Chiro and massages.

                        ok heres a pic of me 1 year ago my legs are up alot since this time , so im just happy to be making improvements and squatting heavy again. Yea you would be surprised how squats and press make such a difference, i was only doing leg extentions lundges weighted step ups and sissy squats it really made me mad but i just kept training and it some how healed about 80% so im happy i guess.
