heres me in april, gained about 4 more pound of muscle, bfore i hurt my neck. just started back up again. lost about 7 pounds and my waited gained about 2 inches. im an easy gainer both ways. sucks, but feels soooooo good to be back. cant waite to get back to this so i can start a 1ad 4ad for a while. want to do it soo bad but know i should waite ubtil i get this big naturaly again. aaaaaaagggggggggg cant waite

5'5 180 pound in the pic. body fat ??????? i always hold onto a lot in the midsection. (hence nj loveahdles)prob because i have a SHITTY diet. one of these day ill buckle down. im gonna try to get soe more, but give me a little time to get back into shape. i should do a pic before and after 1ad cycle.

thanx guys. never mesured them. they prob look big cause im a smaller guy, i think they r 16 or 17 inches. funnt thing is i dont do much for the forearms. my arms have akways been pretty big also, if only my legs and chest were as easy to adapt
