I am 5'6" 210 pounds. I haven't worked out in about 6 to 7 years. I started up again this year on Fathers Day when I renewed my gym membership. I was at about 30%BF then. I have not dieted at all. I just cleaned my diet up and started lifting again. I also just added cardio to my exercise program this week. I really want to bulk to 245-250 first then cut up.
Trying to put down 3900 cal a day is tough so I can't see burning any of those hard earned calories up doing a damn stair stepper. ;)Last edited by Mr. Smith; 10-07-04, 08:53 PM.

thanks Rude. I have to give credit to The Bouncer and his crew here for how fast I got back into shape.
I stopped working out when I injurjed myself and had a couple of kids. I just never got back in the gym because of my career.
I woke up one day fat and unhappy and told my wife I wanted my gym membership renewed for Fathers Day.
I knew things had changed in 6 years..... no smylax, Hot Stuff, the new thing out back then was Creatine and they were trying to ban that hehe.
So I found this site and Lurked for 3 months reading. Followed Bouncers advice on a clean diet (great thread! going to Sam's today again)....... but get the calories.
I have all my gear for my first cycle and I am just waiting for two weeks of Nolva (preload) before my first shot (first cycle ever).
I think I may be rushing into it a little fast but that is just my personality...... all or nothing.
Those are my before pics and I will post my progress and aftershots.
Thanks again Bouncer and Crew, this site is like having a gym rat roommate all over again. You are all Inspiring.Last edited by Mr. Smith; 10-09-04, 01:27 PM.

You look damn good for just starting to lift again.
I would like to add though. Please don't bulk anymore. You have a good amount of BF to make great gains, but anymore and you could be looking at health issues or it just won't be adding to your recovery ability, which is why you would bulk in the first place. It's not about hitting a goal weight.
