    Well, I think your scale may be off because you truley dont look like your 215lbs. In any case, no matter what you way, its all about what you look like. You need to build a base bro. In your first post you talk about leaning down and wanting winstrol. What you need is a good diet, hard training, and rest. You need to build up some muscle before you lean down bro.

              If i were u bro, i would just bulk as cleanly as i could. Train hard. when i say hard, i mean supersets and sweating so your burning fat and building strength at the same time. size comes with strength. i wouldnt eat like a monster if you are concerned with your bodyfat already. if you do, your going to get discouraged. everyone will disagree with me on this, but if u dont like the way you look? why get fatter? up proteins. moderate complex carbs. no sugar, and a little bit of good fats. ull do fine bro.

                Humm, I remember when bodybuilders were interested in helping and encouraging people on the road to fitness. It is a lot of work and requires a great deal of dedication. It is so easy to fall off the wagon. A great body take years to build and years for every individual person to learn what works for them. Don't scare people away at the beginning of the journey. 18 is a time to welcome in the next generation not make them afraid to ask even a simple question

                        You also have to realize Linebacker that over the time that this board has existed that there have been a number of people that have come hear posting pics of other people and made claims to be things they are not. I suspect there are people doing it now as we speak and those people always reveal them selves with no help. At any rate we have been taken before so have some understanding as to how this can happen. I personally find it very easy to believe you are as you claim but thats me. This is the best bodybuilding board on the net and B and his crew catch everything eventually and the RIF-Raff is always dealt with

                          good diet and good training will work wonders man. i can tell from your pics that you have some good pontential just keep it clean and build up some more muscle and then consider that winstrol when you've got the diet and training nailed for a couple of years.                             Def not 215. You need to do a very clean bulk cause it looks like a bit of gyno around the nips. You def don't want more of that. Just keep hitting the weights and eat clean. Take in some good fats too.
