Plz critique, criticize, laugh, offer some tips. I'm just went threw a leaning phase and dropped back down to 203. I will be bulking until February and will try to hit around 225-230 before my next leaning cycle.
That is a nice tansformation from the first pics. You have made great progress. Lfting 5 years and 23 yrs old you should feel that you have done very well for yourself

I don't really do any cardio, cept for maybe once a week in the form of basketball, raquetball, football or some other intramural sport. Right now I'm on a Bulk diet of 7-8 meals a day taking in about 4,000 calories a day. About 500g carbs, 300g protein, about 80-100g fat. My fat intake doesn't bother me as much as others because I'm such a hard gainer. My best gym lifts sit around. 335 Bench, 110x6 Incline DB Press, and 350 Squat (Just recovered from injury preventing me to do them). Those were about 2 months ago when I semi-maxed out before my workouts.
