    BBADDICT, thats exactly the workout I am doing but with the incline bench so that it doesnt hit the floor.
    BONEBREAKER thats the way I do my pullups but on the machine cause I dont have a workout partner.
    Diplo I will have to meet up with you to get those pics taken.
    JUICE I just want to let you know that I havent workedout my abs for 2years. So I wouldnt say thats why. You got pics? It could also be your range of motion.

                  Yeah bro the zits are gone! I found out that Palmolive dish washing soap takes away zits like nothing else! But make sure you get the one that takes off grease.

                        No. I dont have a digi cam. I had to borrow it awhile back. This pic is of me after my 2nd cycle. I will post pics of me as soon as I buy one or borrow one. I plan on doing a b4 pic in March b4 I jump on some gear. I will take pics from each angle so yall can see the progress.

                            I dont brag about myself cause I think I am out of shape presonally. When I was 210lbs and most likely would of got to 220-225lbs I was looking good. Why are you getting Made in Germany if you dont like my workouts? Also I dont do those workouts anymore. I got my own. Also I dont think water is anabolic bro, when you hold it. When you intake a shit load of water it is. But if you drank more then your half gallon a day you would drop some of that water you hold. I need my damn Olympia by the way!

                              why will i need to drope water? i am not competing or going for a photo shoot. I am buying the made in germany because i want to see how markus ruhl looks, hell no i am not intrested in how he trains i have my own workouts that my body responds to.

                              Let me educate you on the water. Muscle contains in think 70% of water not very sure but i know it is around there.

                              why do you think that people supplement with creatine, because it makes you body hold water inside the muscle tissues. which is good because it will strech the muscle tissue.
