and it would not hurt anyone to throw in some rows and deads;)
dude trust me i am already doing deads and rows, been doing them for a while now. But thanks for the kind words, i really appreciate it.

Yeah, That's the first thing I noticed. Your arms, neck and shoulders look pretty massive, which makes the lats look smaller than they probably are. Everything is relative to the body parts seen together. If you had a 30" waist and a 50" chest, you'd look much bigger than you would if you had a 40" waist and a 50" chest. BB

lookin good! that back pose is 100% better.
don't slack off on the arm and delt training. .maybe it is just time to totally switch up what you are doing for your back to squeeze some more width in there. .post up your routine!

I am doing good on the diet. Its my 4th day, and I have been doing cardio aswell. My plan is to get where I told you I wanted to be but stay lean as possible. Cause I know when I get that heavy its going to be hard to keep a small waist, but I will try to keep fat to a minimum. I still havent made the announcement on the board of me going natural, but I will when I feel it is right. How much you weigh now?

my bodyweight flutuates from 215 to 211 bro. people keep saying i look bigger that that, which is because i have light bone structure and small joints. My plan is 240 by january 2006. Will see. Oh and welcome to the natural side of bodybuilding, have fun.
