Chadd- I am basically just trying to maintain my muscle while being off-just taking my GH and T3 as of now- I am holding steady around 218 and I am trying to gradually change my calorie intake to SLOWLY lose fat weight. My workouts are spaced about 3-4 days apart as well.
Rocket-Yeah I am trying to slowly get back the ripped look, I don't want to lose my muscle as I am off anabolics right now so I don't want to burn muscle as I diet hence the slow diet :D
