6 foot tall and you hit it on the button I have a narrow shoulder girdle and shallow ribcage...not a good combo to have a nice wide body, lol but I do the best I can.Originally posted by diplomats

emphasize side laterals to add inches to your side delts and WIDEEE grip pulldowns and pullups to widen your lats. Got that tip from a ronnie colman seminar. I creats the illusion of a WIDEE shoulder.Comment
