                              For me I noticed that I get the best results without doing deadlifts for some reason. :eek:

                              But it normally goes like this:
                              Pull ups: 3x6-8 (I suck at these but gettin better)
                              Lat pulldowns: 3x8-12
                              Seated Row (Wide Grip Pronated Grip): 3x8-12
                              Close Grip Lat Pulldowns (Supinated Grip on Tbar)
                              3x8-12
                              Close Grip Seated Row:
                              3x8-12
                              T-bar Rows:
                              2x6-8 (Heavy)

                              I normally switch up my grips and bars every couple of weeks, but the basic exercises stay the same.
