It seems simple... They just did the body composition, figured out what my expended cals are, then reduced it by 500. Making sure that 60% of all cals comes from protien. The rest comes from veggies, which is sub-divided into fiberous and starchy. All of which is spread as evenly as possible throughout the day, with the marginaly more carbs in the first meal. The first meal also sacrifices the protien to keep it even through the other meals. So its 102cals protien vs 171 for the rest of the day. Not much of a diff. For the most part each meal is equal.
