6 am Cardio (1 hour)
7:30 - 8 egg whites and 1/2 cup oats with 1 tbsp Flax
10~ 6 oz chicken and 1/2 potato and 1/2 c. veggies
12:30~6 oz chicken salad with 2 tbsp oil and vinegar
3~6 oz turkey/95%lean ground beef 1/2 brown rice and 1 tbsp flax
6~6 oz chicken 1/2 potato
6-? Train and 45 minutes cardio
9~8 egg whites and 1/2 c. veggies
Its not Mass.. i have added 10 lbs of muscle since we started this contest... i get my bodyfat test every 6 weeks
