    The first one is a pic taken about 3 or so months ago when I was 200+ lbs. The others are me now at 185 lbs.

    Thanks bro. I lost some flab on my legs too. I'll get some pics of them tomorrow. Yeah, lower back I've been slacking on as well as abs. I started doing some crunches, sit ups, legs lifts, and obligue exercises yesterday because I've been ignoring them also and I could bearly sit up out of bed this morning lol.

          Very nice gains bro. You can tell that your upper body has become a lot leaner and tighter. What did you do different over the 3 months?

            Basicaly, added more protein and complex carbs during the day and ate better fats with added protein in the evening. When I got off my cycle, my apetite wen't down as well as my calorie intake.

            Is your girlfriends belt a Bullhead? 8)
