Nice to hear you guys think I may have a future in the sport. I was ready to quit I felt so drained afterwards, but now I'm ready to go mass crazy so that I never lose to a bigger guy again...

I do appreciate that and B for saying this as well. I have been busting my ass and did it this year without a training partner...I was 196 at 4.6 % Tuesday and will be 4 weeks out from the first show on Sat so, I am locked an loaded. Then I just have to dial in again the following weekend. Im just trying to keep the fire lit and do the best I can. I got really emotional the last show and thought fuck doing this to myself but, I am a little older and wiser so, i am just going to go and do my best.....Thanks again, you run a good board here and it is always nice to see guys pulling for each other instead of bashing...SR:drool:

You know you can always come holler at me and i will let you in on what I know...You have a lot to work with and will do good seeing as you have come this far that fast....I know peaking twice is a bitch but, sometimes you just gotta say, Phuck It! I have put all of my time and invested more then enough funds into this so, i might as well..My only problem now is finding a good posing song. I used Creed in 00' and that was a good routine but, new year new song...any takers let em' rip i would love to hear some ideas from everyone...Im leaning towards Metallica " For Whom The Bells Toll"... or a Tool song!

dude, looked great. . .from all the shots you had him. .better sweep in the quads, better condition. . .he did look a bit thicker up top from the front. .would love to see a back comparison. . .
Anyway, it was your first show. . .just make sure you kick his ass next time you meet. . .and you will. . .the same guys will always be in a few show together in Ont. . .it is like a big family at the top level. . haha

Your conditioning was fabulous, but I can see why you might not have won, and you hit the nail on the head when you said you were flat for the prejudging. From the photos, you were not only too flat, but too narrow.
In the pic where everyone is holding their hands up overhead, you look too skinny in the upper body. You need more delt and lat development to be able to compete at a higher level.
But you said your priority now is putting on mass, and that is the right thing to do. (Your username is perfect!) You have excellent potential, and I have no doubt that in your next show you will come in big and still ripped. Congratulations on your second place (which is nothing to sneeze at) and good luck in the future.
