Funny you say that bro. . .when I did my first show about 9-10 years ago at 178 lb. . .was shredded to the bone. After the show was over this older guy came up that went to all the shows and said that he was reminded of Steve reeves when he saw me onstage. . .I never forgot that and I really do try to keep my waste small (29" at the moment) and I don't do much direct ab work so that it stays that way. . .

Thanks. . .trying to keep it that way. . .makes other competitors shit when they see you with a cuttoff top gettin out of the car in the parkinglot before the show. . .had a guy last year say he saw me arrive and they all just shook their heads when they saw my waist. . . Funny thing was I was shitting myself thinking all the other guys were freaks. . .bodybuilding; the sport of headgames. . .
