I am 100% canadian according to my tattoo but they really like me heaps over here. . .not that I am into show fixing or anything but my good friend over here nows the promoters of the show I am doing for the qualifier so I know that I will at least get a fair shake. .which is all I ask for at any show. .I plan on being 220-225 at that one and less than 5%. . I was 210 at last years back home and about 5.5-6% according to 7 point skin fold 2 weeks out. . I have managed to put on 10lb solid each show I have done well at. . .178-189-198-210. . .I have another year to get a few more pounds on and I am sure that I will as I am training with a pro-bbuilder now and my other good friend is a 2 time heavyweight mr. britain...24.5 stone(!)

Do you have a feel for what the competition could be like in the contest you are considering entering? For example, the UK has twice the population of Canada, so are there twice as many serious bbuilders?

That tanning lotion sure makes a big difference; comparing your current pic with your contest pic from last year is like night and day, even though I'm sure you are more cut today than that first (current) pic shows. It really brings out muscle definition.. you obviously have it and it shows..LOL

tanned in a stand up for about 10 sessions. .then did 3 coats of pro-tan. . .that is it. . .the judges said it was perfect color..
