In 09 I was natural. I used to use aas prior to 05, but I had to stop.
Let's see...in 09 I was eating pretty much whatever I wanted to some extent..fast food, processed food, excess amounts. I lifted regularly, but that was it. No cardio.
Shortly after that picture I got back on aas. 500mg test and either the same or less with tren. I've played with dosing and amounts to find out what works best for me individually. Currently I'm running 500mg test and 200mg tren.
I eat whey with skim and or oj in the morning at 4:30. 2 cups rolled oats with 20oz skim at 7am. Two cans tuna with cup of pasta at 9. Two cans tuna with pasta at noon. Post workout shake around 5. Then tuna with pasta around 7 or 8pm.
I have made my greatest gains with being religious with the diet. I do a little cardio, but honestly not much. I still will allow myself a nice cheeseburger or something during the week, but I'm fairly focused on getting myself in better shape.
