Your HDL/LDL and Tryglicerides level must suck right about now. Being "ON" and eating those things:panic: But I agree; best cookies out there.

Oreos, lol. Shit cookies. Sugary lard sandwiched between cookie wafers. That's my wife's prego craving right now.

Nothing beats homemade chocolate chip. Period. I said so. Lol

LOL WUT? he doesnt have to gain lbs to improve his chest.

30 lbs of lean mass in a year? not going to happen even with gh, slin, and high dose aas. slow and steady gains is the only way. 30lbs in a year will not be good weight.

If you think at 5'9" and 161lbs he doesn't need to gain any quality weight to improve his chest you don't know shit about bodybuilding you need to close this board down and go kill yourself.
You just lost all of your credentials.

Tell you what...why don't you drop 60lbs get down to 170lbs and try to get back to your 230lbs chest, arm, leg sizes you used to have with some good old isolation and pre exhaustion exercises without gaining any weight. I'd love to see you try it.

I swear tren made you stupid too.

Guy doesn't have an ounce of body fat to begin with and at his height and weight his muscles are already at their peak size and with out gaining weight they are not going to grow.

Now I can also tell that genetically his chest is going to lag behind no matter what he does. Look at kevin levrone or lee preist as big as they were their chest is always lagged slightly behind the other body parts.

I wonder why Phil Heath gained any weight? Because surely he could've just do some individual body part isolation moments and achieve the same size that he he is today.

went a bit of the deep end there bro.

simply talking about a chest reshaping and routine change to hit his chest better. he may need to gain some weight but that weight would be spread out evenly all over and his chest would still be the same.

Nope I did not. My post (#24) clearly says I agree with the suggestions but he still needs to put on a few pounds to improve his chest because at 5, 9" 161lbs there is a limit to how much you can grow.

But you went and flat out said "he does not need to gain weight to improve his chest"
Tell me how is that right?

i do agree with your main point. but i also think a physique can change "shape" without gaining or losing weight depending on what type of training and how you train etc..

For fucks sake stop trying to make shit points so you can win an argument.
You can no longer make any progress if you are maxed out. At 5'9" 161lbs with super low body fat level colossous is pretty much is maxed out. Whatever he does or changes in his routine is gonna be hardly visible in his physique.

If he wants to add size or make any changes he needs to put on some good clean quality muscle. Period.

You can't make the half glass of water full without adding more water.

you can change the look of the water by tilting it slightly, adding some food color and giving it a ripple effect. completely different look without adding or taking away the water.

GTFO! what is he gonna do? take the muscles from his legs and arms and put on his chest?
Bro glass is always gonna be half empty unless you add more water to it.
                            End of discussion.

like i said, i get that he could use some more weight. i am talking about changing a look, an illusion, an appearance. that glass of water can look many different ways with the same volume of water.
