      I am in the 1300lbs club now. 455 on my squat, 485 on my deadlift and 385 on my bench press. I should be able to do more on the deadlift since just this past weekend I did 4x5 @ 405, but as soon as I start really struggling I let the weight down because I fear hurting my back, even though my form is good.

        Good number man! Congrats! Doubt I'll ever do a one rep max again but do miss lifting heavy sometimes.

          It's pretty stressful on my joints, my elbows have been aching lately, I'm switching over to a lower rep schema for a little while and then I'll head back over to strength.

              I'm on NPP but I'm thinking it might be a tendon issue. I've been maxing every week.
