When I came off I felt constantly anxious, I was still strong but after one heavy hard workout I felt 80 years old the day after and if my diet slipped it would show very quickly. I lacked energy and confidence.

Did it ever occur to you that being the guy who runs the forum people naturally want to be you pal, so with this pretext when you single someone out it creates the perfect environment for others that are having a bad day to stick the boot in for a free shot.

Then if the marked person responds they have the whole forum members to go against and get labelled.
