Look guys
At the end of the day, any form of exercise is a positive addition to life in the following lose order;
1) It's healthy
2) It makes you feel good being physical
3) It makes you look better and can be social either as your doing it or in sharing thoughts in discussions about it
Those are the key points, getting hooked up on what bf% you are or how your muscles compare to others is bullshit unless your a competitive bodybuilder and even then it's best to focus on your own work

I'm extremely consistent during the week. My problem is on the weekends I usually don't eat enough and I'll have about 3 cheat meals.
What I'm changing now is that I'm getting all my meals in during the weekend and only 1 cheat meal. And I drop my meat serving from 9oz to 7oz.
