      Yeah I've noticed an. Still holding on hips ad abdomen. Im dropping 2lbs a week but I have no clue where im dropping it at. The changes are so small weekly photos arent helping much

        genetics play a role in stubborn fat deposits. but looking thick man.

        and forgot to add. but your food is 90% of what you'll look like, if not 95%. keep it clean and efficient.

        a good way to tell if you're food intake is good, take a look in the mirror. it's your best/worst friend that tells you the truth with no BS sugar coating.

          So I just got out the Army and I canceled my first show so I could focus on job and not being homeless and shit. I'm still going to drop down some more BF but no real goal except to be leaner.
