    It's been slow and steady, with increasing bodyweight and lowering bf%.

    The top left pics are just on test, nothing more.

    The bottom right pics is the end results of the cycle.

            8 percent isn't hard. but it isn't optimal in terms of feeling your best. 10% is perfect range IMO.

                      i've been down to 6% and you are correct, you do feel like shit. i didn't realize it at the time though. only realized it once i went back up to 10-12%.

                            I kept 8% for a good 10 months, I could have gone longer. I started to do sponsor testing and some of those cycles put some water/fat on me.

                            BUT I disagree with you both, I've done it, been at it and felt great.

                            What is optimal for either of you is not necessarily mine. Not sure why there's always a debate as to why someone can't be in single digits bf.

                            Do I feel better at 10% as I am now? Not gonna lie, I like being leaner, I just do.

                            Some of you talk about getting old and bla bla bla. Well not everyone is like that.

                              6% you'll be weaker then at 10%. just how it is. not saying you'll be walking around saying "i feel terrible". i'm just saying you won't be at peak performance.
