        Not debating you can't be 8 percent. i am just stating that it's hard to maintain that type of body fat and have no psychological effects. IMO
        It's just impossible. Unless you are some starving person from Africa who is use to it..
        If you have the discipline then more power to you dawg

              bori i don't think you know how to diet bro. not talking shit. hear me out.

              when i got down to 6% I was not starving. i looked forward to all my meals and was hungry for them but they satisfied me for 3 hours until my next meal. i was never sitting there starving my ass off.

                          I eat clean and I eat my cheat meals for sure. But I also train very well and do proper conditioning
