  • cutting diet please critique

    i was thinking of cutting at 500 below maintence. that would put me around 2200 cals.

    breakfast
    4 egg whites
    1 egg whole
    wholegrain bread 2 slices
    372 9 38 31
    (cals/fat/carbs/protein)

    lunch
    wholegrain bread|
    6oz chicken breast
    480 8 36 62

    dinner
    chicken breast 8 oz
    peas half (0.5cups)
    potatoe
    646 8 61 78

    snack
    6 oz chicken breast
    255 6 0 48

    post-worker
    designer whey (3 scoops)
    Gatorade

    my suggestion would be to divide you meals into more, smaller meals in order to keep your metabolism running and burning calories. also, make sure you drink at least a gallon of water a day, spread out. hope that helps

      looks good, but u might want more carbs for breakfest, u just woke up and need some energy. but thats me, u might be able to have energy at 38g carbs

        ive dropped the bread in the am and add oatmeal
        also dropped the peas for dinner -- to much sugar apparently
