Alot of people say some cottage cheese and flax oil...but half a cup of cottage cheese is only 12 grams of protien and it has 4 grams of sugar and 6 grams of carbs. Isn't that bad before bed though? Expecially when your cutting?:cool:

casein protein is the slow burning type. its good to eat before bed, however i agree about the cottage cheese. i know for a fact that some people agree it is good before bed while bulking, but i doubt its good for someone who is cutting.
what does everyone eat before bed while cutting?

ive heard that it is important to get continuous sleep. atleast 8 hours, because in your deepest sleep your muscle recovers best.Originally posted by kristyna

I almost think thats impossible if you eat before bed and drink 1-2 gallons of water a day. I wake up every two hours to use the bathroom, but i fall right back to sleep.Originally posted by JACKAL

its not impossible. i probably get 2-3 gallons a day of water, i just stop drinking it about 2 hours before bed. then sleep through the night.Originally posted by nmk85roll
