  • Bedtime meal

Alot of people say some cottage cheese and flax oil...but half a cup of cottage cheese is only 12 grams of protien and it has 4 grams of sugar and 6 grams of carbs. Isn't that bad before bed though? Expecially when your cutting?

Oh another question.....what protien is casein? (not sure on spelling)

casein protein is the slow burning type. its good to eat before bed, however i agree about the cottage cheese. i know for a fact that some people agree it is good before bed while bulking, but i doubt its good for someone who is cutting.

what does everyone eat before bed while cutting?

lactose is low glycemic, no worries. I eat 2 cups of cottage cheese before bed.

Do you use the show buring protein or the regular quick absorbent one?

What about the egg protein? egg whites contein 0,carbs 0,fats and they digest slowly.

Or like me, you can wake up at 3:00 AM and drink your previously prepared protein shake"

ive heard that it is important to get continuous sleep. atleast 8 hours, because in your deepest sleep your muscle recovers best.

You guys should try Dry Curd Cottage Cheese. In 1/2 cup it has 20g of protein and 1g of carb. It's tought to put down, but nothing too hard.

I almost think thats impossible if you eat before bed and drink 1-2 gallons of water a day. I wake up every two hours to use the bathroom, but i fall right back to sleep.

its not impossible. i probably get 2-3 gallons a day of water, i just stop drinking it about 2 hours before bed. then sleep through the night.

I didnīt know that I have to get continuous sleep all the 8 hours.
                          why is it so ?
I thought that only the few hours after I fall asleep - (when the GH is released)- are the most important ?
I wake up almost 4 times during the nigh. "UPS"
