i'm a horrible cook, so i eat a lot of hard boiled egg whites cuz it's easy and fast. i also don't even bother marinating my steaks or chicken before throwing them on the foreman. i just put a dash of salt on there before i eat and nuke a sweet potato. now reading everyone else's list, i feel like a bore. but i'm the type of person that needs to remove temptation from my house. if i don't have it, i won't eat it.
These are just the items that always appear on my list:
- Eggs
- noodles
- Turkey slices (its amazing that these little packets have like 25g or protein in them, so I eat them as smacks between meals. I end up getting through like 8-10 a day)
