Okay, so the deal is no meat on good friday. I don't think I can eat anytype of meat except fish and I don't like that. Should I just drink a lot of protein shakes? What can I do here?
Just drink a lot of protein shakes... I am sure for 1 day, you should be fine...
Look at it this way - the above describes what I deal with every day as I am vegetarian. I get about 160-180g of protein with milk and whey protein and about 30g with lentils.

Hey man, if you are Catholic like I am not meat on Friday's throughout Lent. THAT BLOWS! :)
I'm catholic, and I'm eating meat tommorow. I done much worse things in my life than eat meat on good friday. If i'm going to hell, it's for the other bad stuff i've done in my life ...not for eating meat on good friday..
