I just made some Bounce, they were delicious, but I had a time keeping them together....they were very loose and I followed the recipe to a T.

You must have done something wrong. I had no problem with it. Maybe it's because your ass has just been so over worked lateley

What size of Tuna cans? Just wondering cuz I am truly one who sucks in the kitchen and need to know every detail!! lol

Nm I did the math and they are cooking right now!! They smell pretty good. I had to add more oats though so the things would stay together.

another solid creation! Great stuff, I just cut a little of the worch sauce due to my preference and it was great. Been eating them for a week now and have not even began to get sick of them. Thanks!

I had a tuna creation the other night and it was suprizingly good and easy.

I took a can of tuna in water and mixed it with a can of black beans, drained the majority of the juice and added a dash of garlic salt.

                            Good quick easy grub!!!

These sound great and I'll try them out! I have never liked tuna so anything to mask it sure helps. I have a very similar recipe that uses tuna, oats, eggwhites, cayenne pepper and garlic powder. I have grilled these and then eaten them cold the next day - great for a quick lunch.
